This Morning Manchester Storm has announced that it has dismissed Mike Flanagan’s position as head coach with immediate effect.
This club decided that it was in the team’s best interest to remove Mike from the team. They thanked Mike for his dedication and team during his time with the Storm and wished him the best in his future endeavors.
November has been an appalling run of results for Manchester Storm, with fans saying that the team is more interested in fighting than they did in scoring and winning games.
Assistant Coach Mike Morin will take over coaching responsibilities and will be supported by General Manager Ryan Finnerty.
Storm says that their combined experience and commitment to the team ensure stability as we navigate this transitional period and focus on achieving success both on and off the ice.
General Manager and co-owner of Manchester Storm Ryan Finnerty said, “The decision to part ways with Flags was not easy.” We are grateful for his contributions to the organisation, but we feel it is time to change as we work toward our long-term goals. The team remains united and motivated to perform at the highest level for our loyal fans.”
